OTC stocks at Vested

Interested in investing in Grayscale Bitcoin Trust? or Adidas through the OTC markets? We are excited to announce that we have added select OTC securities on the Vested platform.

What are OTC securities? OTC securities are over-the-counter (OTC) securities that are traded through a network of broker-dealers (as opposed to a centralized exchange such as NYSE or NASDAQ). OTC stocks typically cover foreign companies, ADRs, and some smaller companies that do not meet exchange listing requirements.

OTC securities made available through the Vested platform will cover select securities available through OTCQX, one of the top-tier marketplaces for OTC securities. This enables you to invest in:

  • Cryptocurrency asset class through Grayscale Trusts (GBTC, ETHE, LTCN, etc.)
  • Select European companies such as Roche Holding, Adidas, BASF, or Heineken

What’s available through the Vested platform? OTC securities are available to Vested’s Premium subscribers.

Are there any additional risks? There might be additional risks associated with OTC securities. Please read the disclosure here.
